- Access the Player server.
- Open and edit the SolarWinds.SEUM.Agent.Service.exe.config file using notepad. The file is under C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SEUM\Player
- Add the config below between </configSections> and <!-- Domain accounts for worker processes configuration example.
<agentConfiguration workerMonitorFrequencyMs="10000" workerTimeoutS="300" allowDuplicitPlaybackRequests="false" workerProcessReconnectRetries="3" numWorkerProcesses="2" saveScreenshotsToLogDirectory="false" maxWorkerLogAgeH="168" maxHttpTraceLogAgeH="24" logRecycleIntervalS="1800" allowRemoteConfiguration="true" defaultWebServerPort="17781" useHttps="true" maxPlaybacksPerWorker="1" maxResultsBatchSizeB="10485760" workerUserGroup="SolarWinds-SEUM-Users" workerUserNamePrefix="SEUM-User-" workerUserPasswordLength="16" workerUsersUseDifferentPasswords="false" workerUserPasswordSymbols="LUSN" workerUserPasswordOverride="" includeCurrentScreenshotInResults="false" includeFailedScreenshotInResults="true" useLegacyProcessLaunchMethod="false" useLogonUserForCredentialsValidation="false" waitBeforeInstallerExecutionTimeoutMs="5000" sleepBeforeInstallerExecutionMs="5000" agentLoadWorkerWindowS="60" agentLoadReadyStateCheckFreqS="5" releaseInteractiveSessions="true" removeExceptionImagesFromResults="true" disableConcurrentJavaPlayback="false" cleareIECacheOptions="4351" />
Sample:
- Make sure to know how many domain accounts added/configured on the configuration domain tool to set it on the numWorkerProcesses="7". In Primary server, the default is 2 and the other player locations default number is 7.
- Then save it.
- Run the SolarWinds.SEUM.AgentDomainConfigurationTool.exe as administrator located on the C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SEUM\Player.
- You may now see the user entry, enable the domain account, and add the domain user.
