Overview
It is a known issue on the old version of Dameware 12.0.4 and below. When a user tries to send a file to a Windows 10 remote machine from a Windows 7 host user, the SFT shell menu is missing when you right-click it and no options to send. This is related to a compatibility issue and has already been resolved since Dameware 12.0.5.

Resolution
Upgrade to the latest version of Dameware. The compatibility issue has been addressed since Dameware 12.0.5.
After the upgrade:
1. Make sure the MRC user is a member of the local administrator group for both machines (local and remote)
2. Launch MRC and connect to the remote machine with the settings below:
3. Set authentication type to "Windows NT Challenge/Response" and check"Use Current Logon Credentials"
4. On the Remote machine, click on SFT > Open Local Download Folder to validate where the files from the remote host would be saved on the local machine.
5. Click on SFT again > Open Remote Drop Window to get the SFT Drop Window.
6. Drag the file you'd like to copy from the remote host into the SFT Drop Window. The said file should appear on the Local Download folder for the MRC on your local machine.
