Unable to add a SolarWinds website in EOC
This article will show how to resolve the issue if the customer is unable to add a website in EOC.

Symptoms:
The customer is trying to add websites in EOC but is not able to. When they go to manage websites, it is not showing anything. The manage SolarWinds page is showing blank.

Cause
The EOC was not properly installed. You will notice that there are some error on the EOC widgets like this
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Windows\TEMP\SolarWinds\NetworkAtlas\Orion\Orion-{A18B57E1-EC13-474D-9124-8BBDE7E4057B}
Errors when checking the logs:
2020-04-21 10:39:50,944 [23] (5) ERROR MapService - (null) File could not be read.
System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Windows\TEMP\SolarWinds\NetworkAtlas\Orion\Orion-{A18B57E1-EC13-474D-9124-8BBDE7E4057B}-EOC Sample Map-0-en.html'.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)

Resolution
- Complete Uninstall the EOC
- Re-Install EOC and make sure that the account you are using is a local admin account
