Unable to uninstall Orion Modules in Orion

Unable to uninstall NPM, SAM, NTA, or any other Orion Platform modules installed on the Orion server.

Overview

There are instances when after uninstalling SolarWinds Installers, the installer is still present in the Control Panel even if you reboot the server or log in as a local administrator account in the server. Use a third-party application to resolve the issue.

Download the Microsoft fix it tool (© Microsoft 2021, available at https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed, obtained on September 4, 2019).
Run the Microsoft fix it tool in the server.
Choose "Uninstalling" and choose the Orion Platform module to uninstall.
Repeat steps from 2 to 3 to uninstall other modules.
