Unable to Create Subnet, Supernet or Group in IPAM

When adding subnet, supernet or group in Manage Subnets and IP Address section, you may encounter a pop-up error.

You may encounter a pop-up error below when adding Subnet, Supernet or Group folder:

Cause

ClusterID parameter which opens dialog box for adding new subnet, supernet or group has no/null value. 

Resolution

1. Open Database Manager and connect to SolarWinds database
2. Right click the database > New Query
3. Enter the query below and execute it:

-- Scripts are provided AS IS without warranty of any kind. SolarWinds further
-- disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, any implied warranties
-- of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. The risk arising

UPDATE IPAM_Group 
SET ClusterId = 0
WHERE GroupType in (2,4,8) AND ClusterId is NULL

4. Restart SolarWinds Services.
