Resolution

Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
1. Open Server Manager.
2. Click Tools.
3. Click Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

Open Default Web Site and Solarwinds NetPerfMon.
1. Click to view Sites.
2. Open Default Web Site and Solarwinds NetpertMon.

Click Bindings on the Upper right side.

Ensure the IP address and Port of the default website are different than the NetPerfMon site.
1. Click HTTP.
2. Click Edit
3. Ensure the Port and IP Address are set as expected. By default, this is Port 80 and IP Address: All Unassigned.

Open Orion Web Console.
