Overview

UDT polls Layer 2 and Layer 3 data via SNMP. Now it is possible to poll this data for Palo Alto and Cisco Nexus devices via CLI.

Resolution

  • Enable Password: (Optional field - Palo Alto switches does not support 'Enable mode' commands)
  • Polling Layer3 data for Palo Alto device, that does not have enabled CLI polling, will be disabled after first polling
  • Palo Alto device has an option to accept Authorization Statement. If the option is turn on, user need to turn Use Keyboard Interactive Authentication to 'Yes' on Enable CLI Polling fields. Otherwise, access will be denied.
