Resolution

  1. Run the UDT Compatibility Checker against the node located within the install folder (Program Files (x86)\Solarwinds\Orion\UDT)
  2. Run it against the node via the steps listed here: UDT Compatibility Checker.
  3. Check for VLANs that cannot be polled. The vlans are indicated in the Layer 2 results as an @ sign, followed by a number. Example: dot1dTpFdbTable@55 would be vlan 55
  4. If vlans are missing from the node that you would expect, then follow the steps listed here: Enable VTP VLAN polling in UDT.
  5. If after this it still does not work, delete and re-add the node from UDT only and add it back in.
  6. Restart Orion services.
