Overview

Serv-U is a file sharing application and it's main function is to process file uploads and downloads from end-users. A file sharing application can be accessed internally (LAN) or externally through in the internet. Being exposed to the internet creates risks from attackers and a vulnerability scan is routinely done to improve Serv-U's security.

A Serv-U Administrator will reach out to SolarWinds support once they find a vulnerability in the product and we are bound to help investigate and resolve such incidents.
