Cause

The error message suggests that you are using the wrong sender/from-address to send mails. Please verify your outgoing server settings (SMTP) and double check if your e-mail address is correct.
This error occurs if the email address used for authentication is different than the FROM/REPLY email address.

Resolution

Make sure that the configured email sender is a valid email address / sender for your SMTP server
Check Configure Default Send Email Action page if the email address in the Reply Address is valid
