    Cause

    This has been identified as a known issue in EOC 2025.2.
    After Restart / reboot there could be a delay where OLV services have not started yet trigger event.

    Resolution

    There are 2 actions that may be performed:

      • If your server was rebooted or services were restarted, ignore the message as the OLV service start is delayed long enough to trigger.
