Resolution

The volume status is determined through its reachability. This means that if the volume can be polled, it is considered green (up). If not, the volume status is gray (unknown).

The closest real status in Orion for volumes is the volume linear gauge which reflects green (good), yellow (warning), and red (critical). This depends on the amount of remaining space from the volume that is being monitored.

The linear gauge thresholds have no impact on the overall status of the volume itself.
