Overview

Cause
The installer being used was not a full version of the product and only a hotfix.
Resolution
Ensure the installer is used for the upgrade is the proper full installer can be downloaded on the Customer Portal.
On your Customer Portal, go to Downloads > Download Products and Select the product and the license assigned to it, and it would load the following page where the full installer, both Online and Offline, is located
you would only use the Hotfix installer if you are trying to upgrade the product to its Hotfix counterpart
