Cause

This happens when the IP SLA target node is not being monitored as an IPSLA node, even though it is already monitored in NPM.

Resolution

Make sure that the target node is added as an IP SLA node to SolarWinds VNQM. Having it monitored/added in NPM only will not display its hostname.
