The status of VM Host is not updating

The VM node/host is not updating its status on the Orion Virtualization Summary page even after clicking poll now.

1. To resolve the issue, unmanaged and re-managed the node/vm host:
   1. Go to settings > Manage nodes.
   2. Group Vendor and select VMware/ESX, whatever is the applicable grouping.
   3. Select the target node and click Unmanage.
   4. Refresh the page.
   5. Re-add the node.
   6. Go to Virtualization Summary, and select the node/VM host.
   7. Click Poll Now.
      Note: You must wait for about 3 to 5 mins to receive polling statistics from the Orion webpage.
2. If problem persist, re-move and re-add the VM host.
   Warning: Be careful when you do this since you will lost all the historical information on the target VM host when you delete it.
