Cause

An old version of DLL's from Toolset application interferes with Orion.
A known issue in 2022.3 RC3

Resolution

Resolution 1:

Repair or completely remove Toolset from Add / Remove programs.
Run Orion Configuration Wizard when prompted.

Resolution 2:

Fixed in 2022.3 GA. If you are running an RC version, please upgrade either through the web console at Settings > My Orion Deployment > Updates or by using the installer available in the customer portal.
