Cause

This can occur if a new VM or snapshot replacing the original Orion server has the same host name and IP as the Orion server, or if the old website still exists in the websites table in the database.

Resolution

  1. Restart the NET TCP port sharing service
  2. Restart the Orion Services using the Orion Service Manager
  3. Wait at least five minutes for polling to occur

If this does not resolve the issue, check the Engines and Websites table in Database Manager on the main Orion server.

  1. In the Orion Service Manager, stop all Orion services using Start and stop Orion services.
  2. Enable table editing.
  3. Remove any old websites or engines from both tables.
  4. Restart Orion services.
  5. Wait at least five minutes for polling to occur.
