Use Keyboard Interactive Authentication - This option should be used when NCM cannot connect to a device using SSH. It will switch the WodSSH component and try some alternative way of establishing an SSH connection with a device and might help to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Terminal Server support – When this option is enabled, NCM sends an additional CRLF (Carriage Return and Line Feed) character right after login. It is similar to defining a pre-command containing a CRLF, but it does not need to be defined in the device template. SolarWinds recommends using this option only in cases in which the standard login does not work. If it is enabled on a device that is working, it might cause login to fail.
