Resolution
There is only one reason this error occurs and it is an incorrectly written SFTP File Path. This issue is resolved in the “File to download from Server” field of the SFTP Task.
Ideally, you want to ensure the user is selecting the Ellipses button, to the right of this field; It is with this button the user can explore the file location on the SFTP Server itself.
Let’s look at the steps for resolving this error:
Step 1. Remove the existing File path currently in the “File to download from server” field:
Step 2. After the file/folder path is removed, select the ellipses button to the right of the field and find the file/folder path of the file/folder you wish to locate/modify and select “OK”.
Step 3. Select “OK” again to exit the component and save the changes made.
After this is done, the user can execute the Task and should see the issue resolved.
