You get a TLS/SSL certificate error. Server & Application Monitor SAM versions. OWA Certs certificates and you can't navigate there directly.

You get a TLS/SSL certificate error.

Cause

The certificate indicates an error for example.com/owa and you cannot navigate there directly.

Resolution

As a workaround, add an entry to the certificate address for OWA to the hosts file.
