String values assigned to a cell cannot have a length greater than 32767

When exporting NCM rule to excel file the following message appear: Error: "String values assigned to a cell cannot have a length greater than 32767".

This article explains the reason for the following error message when exporting an NCM rule to MS Excel:

String values assigned to a cell cannot have a length greater than 32767.

Based on the Microsoft document - (© 2022  Microsoft, available at Excel specifications and limits, obtained on 2022), the total number of characters that a cell can contain is 32,767 characters.
