Overview

When following the steps to Configure Azure AD for single sign-on login, the "SolarWinds Orion" app is missing if you search for it.

This issue is fixed in SolarWinds Platform 2025.4. Consider upgrading your environment. If you can't upgrade, use the workaround below.

navigate to Enterprise Applications in Azure
click “Create your own application“, type the name of the application, and select “Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery (Non-gallery)“
select “Single sign-on “ in the left panel and select SAML method.
now you can proceed with the fourth step of Step 2: Configure Azure AD to be able to communicate with the SolarWinds Platform- Configure Azure AD for single sign-on login to the SolarWinds Platform Web Console
