SolarWinds shows your device vendor as Unknown.

Cause

Your device is not included in the SolarWinds Orion SWNetPerfMon.cfg database.

Resolution

Request the addition of your device vendor to the SolarWinds Orion SWDiscovery.cfg database:

Log in to www.thwack.com.
Note: Create an account if you do not have an existing one.
Go to the Tell Us Your Unknown Devices thread.
Add your vendor, device model, and any vendor- or device-specific OIDs ,MIBs and SNMPwalk to the thread.

This thread is reviewed frequently and new OIDs/MIBs are added to the SWDiscovery.cfg database
