Resolution

1. RDP to the server where the Dell software is installed.

2. Access the Dell Collector (https://localhost:3033/)

3. Enable smis:
Click "Data Collector" > go to "General" > click the "Ports" tab > click Edit > Enable smi-s service port 5989

4. Create a user with Admin role

5. After the account is create, launch the Dell Client app and login using that new account, set the server to 'localhost' (assuming you are launching the client from the Dell DSM server)

6. Click Add storage Center to associate the SCs to the account.

To test the new account in Orion, RDP to the SRM server > launch SolarWinds.CIMBrowser.exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SRM

Enter the DSM host IP, port, username, password and namespace. If you can login in cimbrowser you should not have any issues adding the array in SRM.
