Complete the following steps to set a specific number of days before a file share link expires.

Resolution

  1. Open the Serv-U Management Console.
  2. Go to the domain you want to configure.
  3. Click Limits and Settings > Limits tab > on Limit Type select: File Sharing. From the dropdown
  4. Double click "Maximum duration before guest link expires", click Add then choose Yes to create a new limit.
  5. Set the number of days then click save.
  6. You will see another entry highlighted in white which means this in-use.
