Resolution

Log in to the Orion Web Console.
Go to Settings > Manage Alerts.
Specify a name for your alert then proceed to Trigger conditions.
Select "I want to alert on" - Auditing Event.
Set up the following OR trigger conditions. If Action Type is unavailable, click Browse All Fields then search for it :
- Auditing Event - Action Type - is equal to - Node Deleted
- Auditing Event - Action Type - is equal to - Interface Deleted
