Resolution

  1. Log in  to the Web Console
  2. Navigate to Alerts & Activity > Alerts > Manage Alerts.
  3. Make a copy of "Alert me when a node goes down".
  4. Click Next.
  5. Enter a "Trigger Condition".
    •   Example:
  6. Complete the rest of the Tabs information.
  7. Done.

NOTE: You can use other filter variable to specify objects that needs to be triggered 

Optional:

On the Reset Condition, you can set it as "Create a Special Reset Condition:" and Copy the Trigger condition and edit Node - Status -  is equal to - UP
