Resolution

If you use Serv-U version 15.1.1, apply 15.1.1 Hotfix 1.
If you use Serv-U version 15.1.2 or higher:

Create a file with the name Serv-U-Gateway.ini with the following content:
```
[IPRestrictions]
PrivateGWpublicSERVU = 1
```
Place the file in the installation folder of Serv-U Gateway.
