Resolution

  • If you use Serv-U version 15.1.1, apply 15.1.1 Hotfix 1. 
  • If you use Serv-U version 15.1.2 or higher:
  1. Create a file with the name Serv-U-Gateway.ini with the following content: 
    [IPRestrictions]
    PrivateGWpublicSERVU = 1
  2. Place the file in the installation folder of Serv-U Gateway.
