Set page refresh interval in the Orion Web Console

This article will instruct the user on how to configure the refresh rate for the Orion Web Console.

Overview

The refresh rate will help to load the page more frequently. Most of the polling in SolarWinds happens in increments of minutes, so it is more useful to choose a refreshing rate per minute. The default setting for Page Refresh is 5 minutes. If you see a performance issue try to increase or have a longer interval for this.

Resolution

  1. Log in to Orion Web Console using an Administrator account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. In the Product Specifics Settings, click Web Console Settings.
  4. Locate the Page Refresh Field and enter an interval in minutes.

  5. Click on Submit to save changes.

Alternatively, you can refresh the page manually in your browser. Press <F5> or <Ctrl+F5 >.
