Overview

Sometime you might need to create a guest link which never expires. This article helps you configure the "Guest Link" expiry to Unlimited or Never-expire in Serv-U MFT or FTP.

Resolution

Go to Limits & Settings under Global/Domain/User level.
Select "Limit Type" as "File Sharing"
Select and Edit the "Duration before guest link expires" option.
- Note: You will be asked to create a copy of the limit which will over-ride the default limits if set high.
Set the days to "0" and save.
This will set the "guest link expires" to "Never-Expire" or Unlimited.
