Overview
This article provides steps to create or add Custom Time Period in 95% Percentile Traffic Rate report in the Web Console.
Note: There is no option to do this in Report Writer.

Resolution
1. Go to Settings and click Manage Reports.
2. Select the 95% report that you want to run/edit and click Edit Report.
Once you are in the Layout Builder tab, you will see an option From.
3. Click the drop-down menu and select Custom...
4. Enter your target Custom Time Period in the Add Time Period pop-up window.
5. Click Add.
