How do I change user file and folder permissions

Overview

It is possible to set any permissions on users access to files and folders.

Resolution

In the User Properties under Directory Access Rule, it is possible to control the access level for the user:

It should be noted that giving users the Execute permission allows them to remotely execute programs and files.

Also if Execute permissions are given to Text files then these cannot be executed and my show as Read/Write only.
