Serv-U Web client and File sharing upload limit
The limit on upload size is a browser limitation. It affects the Serv-U Web client, but is not configured or controlled by Serv-U. This article lists the upload limits for the most popular web browsers.

Overview
There are cases when users have issues uploading files via the Web client. Most of the time It can be because of browser limitations or restrictions on the user's browser or network.
Known browser limitations:

To isolate network restriction or GPO or browser limitation:
- Try to log in using a browser outside the LAN or other network and upload files
- Try a different browser then compare results based on the table above
