Overview
In this issue, the Serv-U Admin is experiencing an issue navigating and managing the Serv-U Management console, which is unresponsive. Even the Serv-U Icon Tray is not responding.
The Admin console is very sluggish, and not loading promptly. It also affected the Users' connection and took more than a minute before users could log in and authenticate, affecting the automated jobs to run, and transfer files.
The issue will persist unless the Serv-U service is restarted by killing the service from the task manager and relaunching the Serv-U management Console which causes Serv-U downtime.
