Overview
In SolarWinds Serv-U MFT and FTP, you can check user creation and user activity via the User & group statistics export and user/domain logs. This article provides the necessary details to fetch the above details.

Resolution
To check user creation and user activity, you can refer to below options for each to help you monitor or track user creation time and monitor user activity in Serv-U MFT and FTP.
A. For User creation dates: You can extract the User Statistics Export via ⇨ Serv-U Management Console > Domains > [domain] > Domain Activity > User & Groups Statistics > Save Statistics (save the export as .csv) (See below Screenshot for your reference)

*Note: The dates are in EPOC format - you can use below EPOC to date conversion formula in Excel to get the date in standard date format.
Or Export User options via ⇨ Serv-U Management Console > Domains > Users > "Export" - To get a list of all user. (does not include user creation times).
B. For User Activity: In Serv-U MFT/FTP blow are the only logs you can log for User/Domain level activity. You can store and monitor Serv-U logs using a compatible SIEM tool (like SolarWinds Security Events Manger - SEM which includes a compatible connector to parse the Serv-U logs. See - SEM connectors)
*Note: User Logs, does not include the user name of the user being created.
