Overview

When Serv-U 15.5 was installed (non-English version), the sidebar options did not load when opening the management console.

Cause

This issue occurs due to a bug in Serv-U 15.5. Reports are related to Spanish and French version, but this can impact other languages.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Serv-U 15.5.1. As a workaround, please install Serv-U in English.
