In the Orion Web Console, click Reports > All Reports, and run the Current - Hardware Status report. You can find the serial number in the Hardware Service Tag column.

This report displays the current hardware status for all devices.

To only display status for Cisco devices:

  1. In the Orion Web Console, click Reports > All Reports, and then click Manage Reports in the upper right corner.

  2. Find the Current - Hardware Status report, select it, and click Duplicate & Edit.

  3. Rename the report.

  4. Click Edit next to the For All Overall Hardware Status drop-down.

  5. In the Add Content window, click Add condition and specify that the Manufacturer is equal to Cisco, and click Add to Layout.

If you have multiple ways of referring to the manufacturer, use an Or condition and specify that the Manufacturer must have one of the available values.

  6. To rename the Hardware Service Tag to Service Number in the output:

    1. Click Edit table.

    2. Click Advanced in the Hardware Service Tag column, provide the requested value, and click Submit.

  1. Complete the Edit Report wizard.
