This article provides instructions on how to send the CTRL+ALT+DEL command to a remote device through a DRE agent session.

Resolution

Start a Remote Session.
Click on Remote Desktop on the top left of the Viewer.
Click on Send CTRL+ALT+DEL (or use the Shift+Ctrl+Del keyboard shortcut).
- Please note that Viewer Shortcuts need to be active to use keyboard shortcuts. If Scroll Lock is OFF - Viewer Shortcuts ARE ENABLED (Grey) in the top right of the Viewer window (arrow icon pointing down).

The option to Send CTRL+ALT+DEL commands is only available for Agent Sessions (unattended access to a permanent install on the remote device) and not to Applet sessions (temporary attended access to a remote device with no permanent install).
