Send an Orion Web page as a scheduled report

This article describes how to schedule any web page in Orion to be sent as a report.

Overview

The steps below show how to turn any web page in Orion to be sent as a scheduled report. This can be especially useful for graph resources that don't have out-of-the-box options for easily creating a corresponding report.

Note: As an example, the following steps creates a scheduled report for a specific chart's page.
 

  1. Locate and open the chart in its own page.
  2. Copy the page URL.
  3. Go to Settings > Manage Reports > Schedule Report.
  4. Click Schedule > Create new Schedule.
  5. Assign a name and description.
  6. Click Assign Web page.
  7. Paste the URL copied in Step 2. 
  8. Complete the steps in creating the schedule and the desired output format in the Actions section.
