Resolution

NOTE: This is only possible on applet sessions (attended remote support):

  • Agent sessions will show [*] after the session ID in the window title
  • Applet sessions will show [+] or [-] after the session ID in the window title for elevated permissions or non-elevated permissions respectively.
  1. Select the Remote Desktop tab.
  2. Select the Interactions menu.
  3. Press either:
    • Share My Screen (View Only): Displays your Desktop/Screen to the Remote User without allowing them to interact with it.
    • Share My Screen (Keyboard and Mouse): Displays your Desktop/Screen to the Remote User, allowing them to control and interact with it.
