Scheduled Perfstack Report shows "LOAD PERFSTACK PROJECT" when using custom dates

A PerfStack Project added into a scheduled report shows only "LOAD PERFSTACK PROJECT"

Overview

When creating a report with a Performance Analysis project with custom dates, the report preview will show "LOAD PERFSTACK PROJECT", and an exported PDF of the report shows the same blue button.

Cause

The added PerfStack project polls real-time data, which causes the Report to be unable to show anything other than a blue "LOAD PERFSTACK PROJECT" button that does not load the project.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, please upgrade to SolarWinds Platform 2024.1 or above. If an upgrade is not possible, Perfstack project will load with the preset time range (i.e. Last hour, Last 2 hours, etc).
