Scheduled NCM jobs skip Running state

Network Configuration Manager (NCM) jobs that were executed manually or by schedule skip the Running state and go to directly to Scheduled/Disabled, and no job logs are created.

NCM jobs, when executed manually or by a schedule, skip the Running state and go directly to Scheduled/Disabled, and no job logs are created.

Cause

Component IGThreed40.ocx is not correctly registered.

Resolution

Execute the following from CMD as Admin:

regsvr32 C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SolarWinds\IGThreed40.ocx

If this does not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to remove and reinstall NCM on the server.
