"Failed to execute SWIS verb: Error: Request failed with status code 403" when saving WPM Recording for SolarWinds Platform 2022.2 and below

User is unable to save recording In the WPM Recorder. User receives below error:
Save to the Orion server denied. You do not have permission to save recordings on the Orion server. Check with your system administrator. 


Please check the following log :
C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\SEUM\WPMRecorder.log

(Located on the computer in which the Recorder is running from)
End of the log file may contain:

[error] [ 'Failed to execute SWIS verb: Error: Request failed with status code 403'

This issue occurs due to a group permission for the associate account failing during authentication via SWIS.  This problem is not limited to WPM and may occur when authenticating directly to SWIS via SWQL.

To resolve this problem, please upgrade to SolarWinds Platform 2022.3 and above.

• If a user logs in as format user@domain or in the format domain.local\user >>these two formats are not properly handled by WPM.
• The user will be able to log in and create Recordings. However, they will not be able to save Recordings. Because the username and domain combination must be in the only acceptable format.
• The only format can be Domain\User (or domainlocal\user).
• If the customer is using the password of the account with special characters, change it to an account without special characters
