Overview

The SSO—Single Sign-On is an activation email sent by DRE to Technicians and End-Users registered by the Master/Primary Admin.
The email address it uses is mailer.dameware.re@solarwinds.com.

Reminder: Please be vigilant when clicking an email link. Make sure that the Correct Master Admin email was stated on the email before clicking link. Access only links from emails recognized by your Organization.

SAML authentication for Single Sign-On (SSO) is not currently supported in Dameware Remote Everywhere (DRE). While the term "SSO" is often associated with SAML-based authentication, it’s important to clarify that the SSO functionality described in this article refers to an email sent to newly registered Users or Technicians to activate and use their accounts.
