Overview

You may see the following banner on your Service Desk page:

"Your SSL certificate is set to expire in 45 days. Upload a new SSL certificate to avoid losing access to your account."

Administrators will see a blue banner at the top of every page they visit in Service Desk when a certificate is about to expire.

The banner displays the first time 45 days before the certificate expiration date and remains until the updated certificate is published.

Please refer to the "Steps for publishing certificates" section in the article below for more information on how to publish the certificate before it expires in the next 45 days.
