Serv-U showing the error message 'SSH Protocol error: Invalid client protocol identification'
Serv-U is running on version 15.3.2 and up
The SFTP client is a legacy client

Cause

Non-RFC compliant SFTP client.

Resolution

Perform Resolution 1 from the article SFTP connection not established for legacy Java client.
