SRM Hotfixes

Links to SRM hotfix release notes. You can download hotfixes directly from the My Orion Deployment page in the Orion Web Console. Click Settings > My Orion Deployment, and then switch to the Updates & Evaluations tab.

Overview

This page lists the hotfixes available for currently supported versions of SRM in the SolarWinds Customer Portal.

Note the following details about hotfixes:

For new installations, the SolarWinds Platform Installer in the SolarWinds Customer Portal already includes the latest SRM and SolarWinds Platform hotfixes.
Install hotfixes on the Main Polling Engine, plus any Additional Polling Engines, Additional Web Servers, and High Availability servers.
You can download hotfixes directly from the My Deployment page in the SolarWinds Platform Web Console. Click Settings > My Deployment, and then switch to the Updates & Evaluations tab.

For SRM hotfix release notes, see the SolarWinds Platform Hotfix Release Notes. To update SRM, download applicable SolarWinds Platform hotfixes, which include fixes for SRM.

To get a hotfix, you can either:

Download a hotfix from the SolarWinds Customer Portal, or
Download a hotfix directly within the SolarWinds Platform Web Console. Click Settings > My Deployment, and then switch to the Updates & Evaluations tab. For details, see Install evaluation products or hotfixes without upgrading existing SolarWinds Platform products.

Install hotfixes on the Main Polling Engine, plus any Additional Polling Engines (APEs), Additional Web Servers, and High Availability (HA) servers.
