Overview

The article provides information on enabling the Kaminario K2 series of storage arrays so they can be monitored with SolarWinds Storage Resource Monitor (SRM).  Monitoring is performed through an RESTful on-board API.

It should be used in conjunction with the Add your storage array for monitoring with SRM topic in the Success Center documentation or online help.

Resolution

The array requires VisionOS firmware 6.0.60 or higher.

Ensure you have the following information:

  • IP address or hostname for the array
  • Credential name
  • Array API username. The default is admin
  • Array API Password. The default is admin
  • Protocol. The default is HTTPS
  • API port. The default is 443
