No SQL Sentry automated update package was found.

Cause

An EPI installer may have been used during the Client installation in a non-EPI environment. Therefore, the Connection Manager is looking for the connection files in the wrong location.

Resolution

Remove the currently installed version of SQL Sentry.
Run the Unified installer.
After completing the installation, ensure the Client successfully launches.
