Recurring SQL Event log errors appear when the SQL User Experience Monitor is assigned to a node in Server & Application Monitor.

Cause

The cause of this issue is the component is set to use "SQL Server Authentication' first when SQL Server Authentication is possibly disabled on the server.

Resolution

Log in to your Web console using a SAM administrator account.
Go to SAM Summary and under All Applications, click the Application Monitor assigned to the affected node.
Under the Application Details web resource, click Edit Application Monitor
Locate the SQL User Experience monitor and then expand the component.
Select the Use Windows Authentication first option.
Click Submit.
